I. Declaration of Non-Use of Conflict Minerals

 Social Responsibility

  Weichuangda Watch Accessories (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. recognizes that its production activities and the products it offers may have certain impacts on society and the environment. To fulfill its corporate social responsibility, the company hereby commits to:

  1. None of the metals used in or contained within any products or components delivered by our company originate from the Democratic Republic of the Congo and its neighboring countries (as defined in Note 1), nor from any areas under the control of armed forces in those countries (as defined in Note 2).

  2. Our company will, upon request, truthfully complete and respond to inquiries regarding “conflict minerals” and provide any other relevant materials, and hereby undertakes that all responses and materials provided are true, accurate, and complete.

  3. The Company undertakes to establish a comprehensive conflict minerals policy, management system, and investigation framework that is consistent with applicable laws and regulations (including, but not limited to, Section 1502 of the U.S. Dodd-Frank Act) and with the guidelines issued by relevant organizations such as the OECD or the EICC, and to apply the same standards to its suppliers.

  Note 1: The Democratic Republic of the Congo and its neighboring countries include: (a) the Democratic Republic of the Congo, the Republic of the Congo, the Republic of Sudan, the Republic of South Sudan, the Republic of Uganda, the Republic of Rwanda, the Republic of Burundi, the United Republic of Tanzania, the Republic of Zambia, the Republic of Angola, and the Central African Republic; (b) any future new states (or regions) that encompass part or all of the aforementioned territories, as well as existing states (or regions).

  Note 2: “Conflict minerals” include, but are not limited to, tin ore, wolframite, coltan, and gold—along with their derivatives—sourced from the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and its neighboring countries, as well as from any areas within these countries controlled by armed groups. This specifically encompasses the raw materials of gold (Au), tantalum (Ta), tin (Sn), and tungsten (W). “The metals used or incorporated do not originate from the DRC, its neighboring countries, or any areas within these countries controlled by armed groups,” which means that the extraction, smelting, shaping, and other manufacturing processes involving these metals must all take place outside the DRC, its neighboring countries, and any territories under the control of armed groups in those countries.

II. No Discrimination Against Employees

  All employees of our company are treated with equal respect, regardless of race, skin color, gender, age, religion, political views, nationality, social status, disability, or any other factor unrelated to an employee’s job performance.

  Our company adheres to a policy of zero discrimination in all aspects of management and employment, applying this principle across every stage, including recruitment, hiring, disciplinary measures, compensation, promotions, job assignments, working hours, and training programs.

  The company will do its utmost to safeguard the interests of its employees and protect them from discrimination.

III. No Use of Child Labor

  Our company protects the rights and interests of minors in accordance with the law and never recruits or employs child labor.
