一.Declaration not to use conflict minerals

　Wistron Watch Accessories (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. understands that its production activities and products may have a certain impact on society and the environment. In order to shoulder corporate social responsibility, the company hereby promises:
1. The metal used or contained in all products or parts delivered by the Company does not come from the Congo (DRC) and its surrounding countries (see Note 1 for the definition) and any "conflict minerals" (see Note 2 for the definition) in the areas controlled by armed forces in these countries.
2. The Company will truthfully fill in and reply to the investigation on "conflict minerals" and provide other information as required, and promise the authenticity, accuracy and completeness of the content replied and the information provided.
3. The Company undertakes to establish a complete conflict minerals policy, management system and investigation framework consistent with relevant laws (including but not limited to Article 1502 of the U.S. Dodd Frank Act) and the guidelines published by relevant agencies (such as OECD or EICC), and to require the Company's suppliers with the same standards.
Note 1: The DRC and its surrounding countries include: (a) the Democratic Republic of the Congo, the Republic of the Congo, the Republic of Sudan, the Republic of South Sudan, the The Republic of Uganda, the Republic of Rwanda, the Republic of Burundi, the United Republic of Tanzania, the Republic of Zambia, the Republic of Angola and the Central African Republic; (b) New countries (regions) and existing countries (regions) that will include part or all of the above countries in the future.
Note 2: "Conflict minerals" include but are not limited to cassiterite, wolframite, coltan, gold and its derivatives and other rare metals, especially gold (Au), tantalum (Ta), tin (Sn) and tungsten (W) metal raw materials from the Congo (DRC) and its surrounding countries, as well as any areas controlled by armed forces in these countries. "The metal used or included does not come from the DRC and its surrounding countries and any areas controlled by armed forces in these countries", including the mining, smelting, molding and other manufacturing and processing processes of metal, does not occur in the DRC and its surrounding countries, as well as any areas controlled by armed forces in these countries.

二.Non discrimination against employees

All employees of our company are treated and respected equally, regardless of race, color, sex, age, religion, political opinion, nationality, social status, disability or any other circumstances unrelated to the employee's personal work ability.
Our company has no discrimination against employees in management and work. This principle runs through the recruitment, employment, discipline, salary, promotion, job assignment, working hours, training arrangements and other aspects of employees.
The Company will make every effort to protect the interests of employees and prevent them from discrimination.

三.No child labor

　The Company protects the rights and interests of minors in accordance with the law and never employs child labor.
